language is a shadow of worlds internal
What can be communicated is knowledge. But what people call wisdom is the generator where knowledge come from.
That generator function takes in observations about this world archived pruned and selectively forgotten to build a smaller world inside us. This internal partial world model, mediated by desire, allows us to spit out novel factoids that are intermediate representation of our (desire, belief) about the world we inhabit.
Layman often believe that everything can be put down on a manual, and the sayer must mean what readers read. But unless we have the exact same world model, you are always reading reading my work one step removed - Reading my Chaucer with your King's English.
